   - identifying potential for improvement and optimisation and initiate activities to get them
     underway,
   - developing Business Plans, Business Cases, Project Plans, Business, Functional and
     Technical Requirements Specifications and Business Impact Analysis documents,
   - conducting critical-point-analysis, Business Analysis (As-Is, To-Be, GAP-Analysis, action plan
     to bridge the gap) with the aim of process and service improvement and/or in preparation of   
     Software Implementations,
* Experience in Application Development, IT-Operations and Service Management;
* Knowledge of the new field of System Cartography;
* Work experience in Germany, UK, US, Netherlands and Australia; extensive Australian
  Government experience with special focus on the education and healthcare sectors;
