Even as a child she excelled through her special literary and artistic talent, that allowed her to attend the most elite boarding schools in Italy (among others the renowned 'Collegio delle Fanciulle' at Palazzo Archinto in Milan).
During grammar school, at the age of 17, she was co-founder of the Italian Akróama TLS Contemporary Art Theater, which quickly established itself internationally, and conquered the most renowned international festivals (Spoleto, Edinburgh, Santarcangelo, etc.).

In addition, she has directed many courses in acting and dance, giving start to successful careers in the field of theater, television and film.

In the field of visual arts she has created, through works of painted-over photography, the new artistic movement 'mytho-futuristic-expressionism' and by sculpture-relief, the current 'futuristic-memorial-art'.

Her 'erotic self-portraits' of the years 2003-2006 give further testimony of her exceptional artistic and physical self-formation, which Heinz Sichrovsky rightly described as 'the 'unimaginably perfect functioning of a body and a will...'

From 2000 until 2008, she also wrote the books 'Amore sono le sei', 'Love? Three stories of ordinary extraordinary love.' and 'The artist and the search for the ideal man'. These are love stories which aim at clear and positive societal reforms.

In her Music-Theater performances she created vocal and musical compositions of expressive and deep intensity and collections of poetry of high artistic level.

From 2004 until 2009 she also focused on design-inventions, especially (on the basis of her competence in body and movement) in the field of health and fitness - with the vision to enable a more beautiful and happier society.
The first patent was for an optimal solution for healthy snacks for kids and for catering.

In 2008 Assunta Spissu became the artistic director of the Austrian 'Gesellschaft für Innovationskultur' (Society for the culture of innovation)

Schon als Kind brillierte sie durch ihre besondere schriftstellerische und künstlerische Begabung, die ihr den Besuch der besten Elite-Internate in Italien (unter anderen des renommierten "Collegio delle Fanciulle" im Palazzo Archinto in Mailand) ermöglichte .

Noch während des humanistischen Gymnasiums war sie Mitbegründerin des italienischen Akróama T.L.S. Contemporary Art Theater, das sich innerhalb kurzer Zeit auch international etablieren konnte und die internationalen Festivals (Spoleto, Edimburgh, Santarcangelo etc.) erobern konnte:

Darüber hinaus leitete sie zahlreiche Schauspiel- und Tanztheater-Ausbildungen und Kurse, dank denen sehr erfolgreiche Karrieren im Bühnen-Fernseh-Musik und Film-Bereich begannen.

Im Bereich der bildenden Kunst erschuf sie durch Werke der übermalten Fotografie die neue Kunstrichtung des "Mytho-futuristischen-Expressionismus" sowie durch bildnerische Relief-Skulpturen die "Futuristische-Andenken.-Kunst".

Ihre in den Jahren 2003 bis 2006 erschaffenen "Erotischen Selbstbildnisse" gaben weiter Zeugnis für ihre außergewöhnlich künstlerische und körperliche Selbstgestaltung, die Heinz Sichrovsky treffend als "das unvorstellbares perfekte Funktionieren eines Körpers und eines Willens" beschrieb.

In den Jahren 2000 bis 2008 schrieb sie ferner die Bücher "Amore sono le sei" , "Liebe? Drei gewöhnlich außergewöhnliche Liebesgeschichten" und "Die Künstlerin und die Suche nach dem Traummann". Es handelt sich um Liebesgeschichten, die klare und positive gesellschaftliche Veränderungen als Ziel haben.

Im Rahmen ihrer Musik-Theater Performances sind zudem expressive und innige musikalische und vokale Kompositionen von hohem künstlerischem Anspruch sowie Gedichtbände entstanden.

In den Jahren 2004 bis 2008 arbeitete sie überdies an Design-Erfindungen - insbesondere (vor dem Hintergrund ihrer Körper- und Bewegungsexpertise) im Bereich Gesundheit/Fitness - mit der Vision, eine schönere und glücklichere Gesellschaft zu ermöglichen und zu erschaffen.

Im Jahr 2008 übernimmt Assunta Spissu die künstlerische Leitung der „Gesellschaft für Innovationskultur“.

Già da piccola brilla per le sue particolari attitudini artistiche e letterarie che le rendono possibile l’ accesso ai migliori collegi èlite italiani (tra cui il rinomato collegio delle fanciulle nel palazzo Archinto a Milano).

Durante il liceo, all' età di 17 anni, è cofondatrice del Teatro Akróama T.L.S. Contemporary Art Theatre che in brevissimo tempo riusce ad affermarsi a livello internazionale ed a conquistare i più rinomati festival internazionali (Spoleto, Edimburgo, Santarcangelo ecc.).

Dirige inoltre numerosi corsi di recitazione e di teatro-danza, grazie ai quali sono iniziate carriere di successo nel campo del teatro, televisione e film.

Nel campo delle arti figurative crea tramite opere di fotografia dipinta la nuova corrente artistica "espressionismo-mito-futurista" e tramite sculture-rilievi la corrente "arte-futurista-di commemorazione"

I suoi "Autoritratti erotici" degli anni 2003-2006 danno ulteriore testimonianza della sua selbstgestaltung artistica e corporea al di fuori del comune, che Heinz Sichrovsky aveva giustamente definito come " l' inimmaginabile funzionare perfetto di un corpo e di una volontà.."

Tra il 2000 fino al 2008 scrive inoltre i libri "Amore sono le sei". "Amore? Tre normali storie d' amore straordinarie." e "L' artista e la ricerca dell' uomo dei sogni". Si tratta di storie d' amore che hanno come chiaro obbiettivo positive riforme della società.

Nell' ambito delle performance di Teatro-Musica crea composizioni vocali e musicali di intensità espressiva e profonda e raccolte di poesie di alto livello artistico .

Tra il 2004 fino al 2009 si dedica inoltre a invenzioni-design -soprattutto ( sulla base della sua competenza corporea e di movimento) nel campo salute-fitness - con la visione di creare e rendere possibile una società più bella e più felice.

Nel 2008 Assunta Spissu assume la direzione artistica di "Gesellschaft für Innovationskultur” (società per la cultura dell' innovazione).
