About me
Beginning his career in the manufacturing industry, Bernard developed an interest in improving processes and parlayed this interest into various process improvement positions with leading manufacturers and technology companies. Demonstrating initiative from the start, Bernard pioneered cost cutting improvements, waste reductions and better management techniques saving employers thousands in monthly costs through process improvements and new route efficiencies. Quickly distinguishing himself as a leader, in less that 5 years, Bernard began start-up on his own solutions company and Co-founded various other entities.
Leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of qualifications covering operations, technology and management core competencies, Bernard has proved time and again his flexibility in responding to changing market conditions and the ability to “wear many hats” in effort to meet and exceed goals and challenges. Tasked with providing leadership through start-up and growth situations, he has consistently shown determination to deliver strong and sustained results.
Most recently, Bernard has Founded a new Professional network aimed towards greater efficiency in executive networking and involvement with-in communities. Covering virtually all business areas, his work in this area is instrumental in achieving the results needed to inspire the careers of youth, spawn greater success of professionals and unite leaders globally for greater causes. As one of the fastest growing international professional networks, Bernard is poised to push National CEO Network into a world leading influential network.
Prior to this, as Founder of Behar Solutions Company, Bernard was challenged with providing solutions for distressed property owners in a crumbling housing market. While no easy solutions were found, Bernard did assist homeowners with the ability to be able to walk away from homes with something instead of nothing. Developing a robust network of investors and constructing deals to link the parties up before foreclosure saved banks tremendous amounts in costs, put money into homeowners pockets and in-some cases stopped an eviction from occurring and gave investors opportunities to make money even in a down market. His results again demonstrated his strong leadership capabilities, as he quickly assessed and developed a solution for an inherent problem.
Throughout his career, Bernard has had the opportunity to establish a strong network of contacts in small and large companies internationally. The scope of his experience has spanned virtually all aspects of business and his success is mostly predicated on his strong team building and leadership skills, technology implementation and operations administration.
