  I am looking for a progressive organization that has the need of good Program Manager to participate in the growth of organization as well as could offers me opportunities and challenges so that I can use my expertise and knowledge as well as I can further enhance my skills.

  Program Management: I have good understanding of concept and philosophy of Program Management, which help me to drive Strategic objective of business in right direction. Process Development: There is significant difference between philosophy and practical way of project management so my owned designed (collaborated/edited) process helps in acceptance and facilitation of process in organization. I have invested regionable time in development of process framework for my Current organization. Last 1 year of Process development help to organize my way of working in a manner which helps to organize Project management methodology with combination of 2 separate progress groups (Prince 2 and PMP) and based on study and learning I have designed our own methodology for Project Management in my current organization.
