In his most recent role as Executive Vice President and Regional Investment Manager, he oversaw the Western region of the United States. Assembling a team of 8 senior investment managers, 48 investment managers, and 851 financial advisors, Robert V. Garrett supervised 1,800 branches that managed more than $30 billion in assets. Prior to his West Coast employment, Robert V. Garrett was the Executive Vice President and Co-National Sales Director for the Eastern United States region. In addition to spearheading three years of double-digit sales growth, he implemented a number of profitable internal programs. Decreasing salary expenses by over $4 million annually and restructuring a nationwide organizational infrastructure for investment sales management, Robert V. Garrett also created a sales campaign that encouraged bankers and financial advisors, who produced over $10 billion in external assets following the program. As an executive at Bank One Securities Corp. (now part of JPMorgan Chase), Robert V. Garrett led the Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin region as the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. During his time as Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Manager in the North Texas/North Louisiana area for Bank One Securities, Robert V. Garrett was named the top-ranked Senior Investment Manager in the company. He also led the Louisiana and North Texas markets to considerable success; the regions earned the top spot in the rankings in 2001 and 2002, respectively. Outside of the office, Robert V. Garrett prefers to spend his time flying, boating, and riding his motorcycle. With a Private Pilot License he earned at Louisiana Tech University, Robert V. Garrett holds membership in the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
