Driving business strategy development in accordance with our Business Plan and with the Managing Directors of our sister companies Direct Reporting to the Managing Director and President and reporting to Corporate C-levels, twice a year.

Providing strategic and tactical business-decision support for Boards who seek to expand, consolidate or rationalize the manufacturing and/or distribution facility networks on global basis. Creating, execute and manage project work plans and budgets; create proposals and project strategies, including innovation and R&D. Auditing potential targets and industrial sites within Europe and bringing clarity to the business context and capabilities (Due Diligence).
