ich bin entspannungstrainerin und arbeite mit körper, atem, meditation und qi gong um meine kundInnen näher zu ihrem persönlichen wohlgefühl zu bringen.
meine stunden können jederzeit ohne vorkenntnisse besucht werden. bei der arbeit mit der energie (wörtl. übersetzung von QI GONG), geht es nicht um leistung oder levels sondern um das öffnen von blockaden und darum die energie wieder zum fliessen zu bringen. geübt werden einfache qi gong übungen, atemtechnik und meditation.
