Cliff Dodd’s CIO experience with the $13 billion global communications company (the fourth largest in the United States) helped the IT professional define himself as an innovative and adept leader. Through the leadership of J. Clifford Dodd, Qwest completed the systems integration and merger with US West within 8 months – driving $110 million in cost reductions and eliminating 2,000 obsolete / redundant job functions.
Rounding out Cliff Dodd’s experience in the telecommunication services sector was six years with Chicago, Illinois-based Ameritech Services, Inc. (now AT&T). Cliff Dodd was recruited to join Ameritech at a time when the company was undergoing a period of dramatic expansion and transformation. His position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Ameritech allowed Mr. J.
