  Just some examples of what you could be doing when you MaMyDa - Mountain Biking (but don’t go to the pub after your workout if you’re doing it to lose weight - it’s counter-productive), Kayaking on Sydney Harbour (just don’t feed the sharks – it’s illegal in many areas and just not worth the trouble), Kite Flying (hitting someone in the foot with your kite is a great way to break the ice!), Learn French (answering the phone with ‘bonjour’, ‘allo!’ or ‘tiens!’ sounds so much sexier than g’day), A pub crawl playing pub cricket (each drink is a run, if you go to the toilet it’s a wicket), Flex your voice muscles at a karaoke bar (warning: if you ‘hook up’ with anyone, just make sure they don’t just love you for your amazing voice), Walking your dog at the local park (hey, you might even find someone who loves you as much as your furry friend does!)
