Because of the competitors, Sharp wants to give more value to their customers on their Business 2 Business channel. Changing from a transactional selling organization, into a consultative selling organization. To achieve this goals, Sharp has to change their mission statements and don't sell only Multi Functional Printers, but combine them with Software. Sharp ask me to build up a new sales division especially for software solutions.

Oracle is an organization that works top down. The biggest competitor Microsoft works bottom up. Oracle has only a few recourses in the SMB market, so they wants to achieve more market share. The healthcare vertical is very important for Oracle. This role was a long time vacant. Oracle ask me to share my expertise with them, to discover this vertical.

Microsoft is a worldwide player for the business and consumer market. The healthcare market is a very important market for Microsoft, because all the businesses goes through business partners. To get the knowledge of this market, they setup a business unit healthcare with account managers. As account manager I had to get contact with all the hospitals and talked with them about their business, strategy and how Microsoft can helps them to achieve their goals.
