 Obtained numerous endowment fund gifts from individuals and families. Largest single gift received $200,000
 Directed a new building project for a 2,400-member congregation
 Helped to develop and grow a Health Care Clinic for the uninsured called Church Health Services http://www.churchclinic.org providing over $325,000 worth of free services each year to those in need


7th Probate Court Carlevoix County, Charlevoix MI 1990 – 1995
Held accountability for administration, budgeting, compliance with state law and regulations, direction and creation of programs and services for the 7th Probate Court, including hearing cases, working with the State Judicial System and State Dept. of Social Services, treatment and rehabilitation services and agencies, and community based alternative programs
