Program Management of multi-country, multi-site projects. Supervision of multiple project managers. Reporting to C+ level customer executives. Currently running a 12-country deployment Program for Schneider Electric.
My position consisted of Project Management for major international accounts, such as HP, Vodafone, T-Mobile in implementation projects of Avaya products on an EMEA scale. In addition, I have taken care of Programme Management for COLT Telecom in implementation of virtualization solutions for telecoms service providers. My primary tasks were Project Management for Norsk Hydro and Ventelo Norway - two of the largest Norwegian companies, as well as starting a project for PWC in Armenia.
