David McNamee offers Ohio residents the advantages of more than a decade of legal experience through his work at McNamee Law Office, L.L.C., based out of Beavercreek. The firm focuses on four primary areas of practice: family law, real estate, criminal law, and business organizations. David McNamee provides clients with help in matters such as divorce, legal separation, domestic violence, dependency, grandparents’ rights, and child support. David McNamee is dedicated to listening to and learning about his clients in order to assist them best. He believes in sincere communication and strives to explain complicated legal proceedings so that his clients understand exactly what may happen during the process. Prior to establishing his private firm, David McNamee served as Partner at Stone & McNamee L.P.A., a family law practice that also handled civil litigation, business, and criminal matters. As Partner, he readied cases for trial or resolution. David McNamee first garnered legal experience serving as an Associate Attorney at O’Diam, Turner, McNamee, Hill & Stone for three years. During this time, he conducted legal research, prepared legal writing, and readied cases for trial or litigation. McNamee gained additional experience as an Associate Attorney at Winwood Crossman and Associates, where he served for a year before establishing his own firm. David McNamee attended Alter High School prior to attending the University of Notre Dame, where he explored political studies and Mediterranean and Middle Eastern studies. After graduating with a B.A., McNamee began taking classes at the University of Dayton School of Law, participating in the school’s Moot Court and Law
