Reporting to the EMEAI IT Director I managed a team of 6 people (3 technical and 3 functional) responsible for business analysis and functional requirements, documentation, IT systems development, training, quality assurance, implementation and support on Oracle e-Business suite, Salesforce.com, Web sites, e-Commerce and EDI solutions. In parallel to this role I also led 3 projects for IT systems integration and deployment

For the whole Oracle deployment project I coordinated testing and training activities and delivered training for Oracle e-Business implementation in 23 sites for over 2000 end-users based in EMEAI, Asia Pacific and America. I was also responsible for quality assurance and implementation in production of new and enhanced solutions of Oracle e-Business applications and related interfaces.

I managed a team of 3 people responsible for developing user guides, on-line help and training material on 10+ applications developed in-house (on HP3000 and then on SQL data base) to handle the Beckman business (Sales, Order Management, Logistics, Service and Finance). I delivered training to internal associates on those IT systems in 15+ countries worldwide. I was also responsible for computer systems testing and quality assurance of new and enhanced internal IT systems.
