I started in DHL AT as Gateway Manager for the exports thru various destinations but finally changed my direction of my duties and now as an implant and acting like a control tower between DHL and the customer by linking, organizing, improving, coordinating the close relationship between two important worldwide commercial entities.

Due to the new European WEEE directive art 11, I was in charge to collect all the data, to visit the recycling centers, to monitor the containers and their good rent ability within the recycling centers. Also in charge to calculate the electrical waste collected within Luxembourg and the tonnage of waste recycled. The goal was that the recycling costs do not have to exceed the add on rate on top of the buying price of the new electrical products for the consumers.

This was my first step in the Import & Export organization. I was taking care of various key customers within Europe for their imports (mainly) and exports in AIR & SEA from the operations until invoicing.
