Restructuring measures & implementation of the mergers of several companies.

Played a key role following a company merger and subsequent relocation to Hamburg; ensured the smooth integration of processes from company for Schenker Germany North.

Complete restructuring of the forwarding company Medtrans SA with 10 branch offices in France, Morocco, Italy and England, which was acquired at that time within the scope of a joint venture. • Implementation of a controlling and reporting system in accordance with the Schenker standard. • Implementation of major construction projects • Development and implementation of a reorganization program within the scope of a merger.
