Coaching Approach:
I understand what it’s like to be a successful professional woman who wants more from life than a title, a good salary, and the opportunity to compete with men. What good is external success when you are experiencing internal dissatisfaction? We want to be our true selves: mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, wives, lovers…..and business executives.
I know it is possible to design a life you truly love; I do it every day. It’s not always easy. It requires being in touch with my needs and values, openness to change, and extreme self-care.
For years now I’ve asked the question: “How do I fit into this world?” It was an important question for me as I moved through marriage and divorce; professional success and retraining; more corporate success and then striking out on my own. And through much of this process I’ve found the support of a coach to be invaluable.
The truth is I love to coach and to be coached. I love how a great coach engages me in a conversation, takes me seriously, brings me to the present, engages my creativity, reinvigorates my joy, and inspires in me the courage to explore the unknown and take strong actions. My coach is not uncomfortable with my emotions, my doubts, or my fears; and yet knows that those qualities are not ME. My coach asks me tough questions: questions that shake the box of what I think is possible. And just by being there my coach is telling me:
“You are not alone!”
One of the things I discovered in this journey is that I love to share my experience by coaching other professional women.
If my story stimulates a strong response in you; if you think you are ready to engage in the big questions of your life; if you think you might be ready to shake the box of what you think is possible and take strong actions, I would love to speak with you.
