• Manage the maintenance and investment activities, the department staff (49 employees), annual expenses and capital project budgets. • Coordinate manufacturing related projects: specification, installation, upgrade and commissioning of productive equipment and shop floor systems. • Manage operational schedule to improve productivity and reliability. • Maintain and improve customer service levels and ensure that proper communication channels are maintained.

• Manage the team staff (32 employees). • Oversee the execution of plant engineering maintenance tasks on the time agreed with the internal customer, with safety, quality and optimized costs.

• Project management for new production equipments (commissioning, installation and start-up) and machinery upgrades. • Technical field support to plant maintenance for pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics.

• Implementation of a database for tracing quality problems on the interior assembly line. • Member of the team responsible for the production roll-out of a new product.

Development of managerial competences in functional areas such as Marketing, Accounting, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. Improvement of individual skills such as personal communication, leadership and negotiation capabilities.
