J. Kale Flagg

Successful entrepreneur Jeffrey Flagg laid the foundations for his career with a well-rounded education. Mr. Flagg attended ‘Iolani High School in Honolulu, Hawaii, a premier co-educational, college preparatory institution. While earning high marks in the classroom, he also dedicated his time to extracurricular activities including wrestling, track, and water polo. In fact, Jeffrey Flagg became a state champion in wrestling three times during his high school years and received the Walter Goo Award, an honor bestowed on the best school athlete each year. After graduating with the highest honors in 1985, Mr. Flagg continued on to Yale University to study economics and political science. He also earned a place on the Varsity wrestling team and was a member of the Yale Rugby Football Club and the Sigma Nu Fraternity, for which he served as Treasurer and House Chairman.

After graduating from Yale in 1989, Jeffrey Flagg worked in the financial industry. He continued on to develop and host sales and business seminars for professionals across the country for more than a decade. In 2002, Mr. Flagg began exploring the field of real estate development, focusing on combining management, sales, finance, and operations to improve his business’ bottom line. That same year, he also began working at AZAS, LLC, a management consulting, retail sales, and private label manufacturing company doing business as ReGenesis International. Two years later, Jeffrey Flagg went on to found Stable Development, LLC, of which he is the Chief Operations Officer, Director, and Owner. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the real estate development company has completed projects totaling more than $100 million.
