Pegasus Executive has been set up to stand out from the rest and to specialise in the Defence, Aerospace, Marine, Security and Counter Terrorism Unit sectors. Our aim is to grow and be a part of the industry as we understand what is needed and why. We have first hand experience in the Defence and CTU world. This helps us understand what clients need and expect.

I have done my time as a fire-fighter and found that it is not the route or path that I should take, I have now decided to carry on with the thing that I am proud of and passionate about.... That is the defence sector. I have first hand experience with the equipment and have done tours overseas in the British Army. I now want to reach out to the Defence companies Worldwide and offer my talents in searching and selecting the right candidates that we can drop on you!

Firefighters (historically, firemen) are rescuers extensively trained primarily to put out hazardous fires that threaten civilian populations and property, to rescue people from car incidents, collapsed and burning buildings and other such situations. The increasing complexity of modern industrialized life with an increase in the scale of hazards has created an increase in the skills needed in firefighting technology and a broadening of the firefighter-rescuer's remit.

I am an Senior Consultant operating in the Defence market. I assist organisations with sourcing high calibre candidates for positions that typically fall into the £40k to £200k salary bracket. I specifically source mid to senior management level staff in the Defence market across the UK and Internationally. I have worked with many of the market leaders and have just completed projects in Body Armour, Armoured vehicles, UAV's and CBRN.

A multifunctional role involving senior level recruitment across multiple business sectors in particular defense, aerospace and marine sectors. I have a particular speciality within the CBRN, body armour and related industries. As an experienced consultant I focus primarily on high level sales and operational individuals across the UK and Europe.

Joined the Army Foundation College in 1998 after spending 2 years in the Parachute Regiment Army Cadet Force. After passing out of Junior Leaders I progressed onto Phase 2 , then on to my Regiment. Whilst at Regiment I took part in many operations in and outside the UK: OP ARGICOLA (KOSOVO) OP TELIC (IRAQ) OP HERRICK (AFGHANISTAN) OP FRESCO (FIRE STRIKES) Whilst on operational tour all my skills were put to the test, we encounterd everything that we were trained to deal with, "utrinque paratus"
