I was working for a language trip planner. I took care of the Geneva's office while the manager's pregnancy. I handle the customers. I gave them pieces of advise for potential trips, I sold and organized trips, invoiced, solved the problems while customers were away. In addition to the daily tasked related to my position of customer relationship manager, i also realized a satisfaction survey and i helped in decision taking to build up the 2012 Excellence Linguistic booklet.
