I earned a degree in information-science and technology from the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel, Germany, and have several years of experience in project management and business development.

Since 2001, I'm also employed as a lecturer in "Advanced project management" at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel.

From 2007-2011, I've been vice-chairman of the board of directors of Gentleware AG.
