TR must have an attractive location as well as a state of the art recording studio on the premisis. Currently, the business plan for TR is being reviewed by the SBDC and SCORE organization of Pennsylvania to ensure percise professionalism at it's highest level of expectation. TR must have a team of executives that include: Promotions, Marketing, Accountanting, PR, Entertainment Mgr., Entertainment Lawyer, and Project Administrator.
