Practised in managing multidisciplinary teams, strategic direction and development of an award-winning ‘Customer Experience Design Team’. Author of user-centred design methodology with practical experience of the full web development process including user profiling, information architecture, usability, design, accessibility, content management and front-end development (XHTML/CSS/Flash).
