I was the lead of the engineering team and responsible of all the technical modifications and clarification from the design. I ensured the traceability of all these modifications for the final documentation. The engineering team was involved in the civil work, the fabrication activities, the heavy lifting of structures and the sea fastening on barges.

I am in charge of resolution of technical problems with coordination between the engineering department, the yard and the client. I check previous technical resolutions to ensure the traceability and the compliance with the project Code, Specification and the client approval.

Under the Vessel Conversion Manager, I was in charge of all modifications of engineering design during the fabrication activity. I was resolving all structural clashes with interdiscipline check and in compliance with Rina classification society, project specifications and Client requirements.

I made the calculation and the design of cranes foundations and some equipment support and foundation. I made full review and the Material Take Off for each structural drawings before to follow the construction activity.
