I led a team of five with indirect leadership of 16 marketing professionals. Customer acquisition success in the Chinese and Indian markets, growing 25% year-over-year, led to winning a CEO award.

My team of five became one of the highest-performing, respected teams in the organization, having initiated a customer retention process and an integrated marketing strategy that delivered 5.1% improvements to churn. I also led the strategy and rollout of Salesforce.com for 450 users across 15 countries.

Under a business transformation project I supported the transition of in-person sales channels to ecommerce, delivering cost savings of £1.2M.
