I am responsible for the recruitment of I.​T.​ software development consultants.​ I establish a strong partnership with our Sales Force.​ I define and validate the job content and the expected candidate's profile. After that I manage the complete selection process: - CV screening through web based software tool - Interviewing and recommendation to the Management -​ Prepare and discuss offers with the selected candidates - Presentation of candidates to the Sales or,to the final customers.
