Responsible for monitoring Corporate Actions on borrowed and lent Positions, Handling risks decisions over Financial Events while monitoring trading activities in scope of a Corporate Actions, Project Management: implementing an external collaborative Platform and other internal improvement tools

Responsible for the Treasury management of Bpifrance Investment vehicles (LAC I SLP, Bpifrance Participations…) Middle Office BAU daily Operations Handling and Process review for Private Equity deals (e.g: Capital calls, Distributions, , FX Hedging, Deal closings, Fund indebtment monitoring).

Responsible for FinFraG Art.104 and 39, MiFIR, EMIR Delegated Reporting, CME / CFTC, GBSA, SCAF & CASS (FCA), Projects (e.g: SMR8.1, Refit, Explicit “permissioning” under EMIR, Accuracy check implementation). Middle Office BAU daily Operations Handling and Process review (e.g: KOD Creation and Review, Exception Management Handling).

Promoted the professional growth of the team and provided daily trade reconciliation, performed investigation and margin calls monitoring, including bonds, equities, FX, and derivatives. Oversaw fund valuation, NAV validation, advisory mandates, brokerage reporting, and trade execution, which consisted of FX hedging Asset Manager Assistant (Dynamic ratchet management) for in-house funds and institutional mandates.
