FMV Malta
The accountancy activity has also been developed in Malta due to the very attractive legislation in effect. Therefore we also set up Maltese foundations, holding and trading companies, and offer all necessary services as registered addresses, accountancy and tax advising.

Intellectual property
We are also specialist in the holding of intellectual property which taxation is exceptionally advantageous in Luxembourg. A law dated of 21/12/07 allows a 80% tax cut on all incomes relating to intellectual property including capital gains realized when the rights are transferred. It means a firm established in Luxembourg will only pay a 5% tax.

The same kind of law has just been passed in Malta to exempt the intellectual property incomes from taxation.
As our Group was already providing structuring services for holding and trading companies, we decided to go further with:
