About me
In tutta la mia attivita’ lavorativa ho sempre lavorato con le persone e su forni industriali.
Sono istintivamente curioso che mi spinge a cercare in cio’ che mi gira intorno il perche’
delle cose,i meccanismi che le regolano e la tecnologia con cui sono costruite,spinte al
limite di smontare anche oggetti prima ancora di averli usati
.
La medesima curiosita’ e’ rivolta alle persone, per capirne i comportamenti , spinte al
limite di analizzare il tono di voce e le parole per capirne le reazioni e le motivazioni,
cercando di instaurare rapporti di stima e di fiducia.
Nella vita lavorativa ho acquisito sicurezza dettata dall’innato bisogno del FARE ,
supportata dal SAPERE,sostenuta dal piacere di SAPER FARE e…. dal DENARO che fa girare il
mondo.
Un momento drammatico della mia vita l’ho incontrato nel 1977 quando ero in siderurgia e pur
avendo delle buone nozioni di chimica,ho avuto un duro scontro con la TEORIA e la PRATICA.
Pur usando correttamente la calcolatrice, i risultati erano sempre diversi da quelli
calcolati fin quando ho capito quali erano le variabili in gioco ed il problema e’ stato
risolto.(grado di ossidazione –quantita’della scoria- fluidita’della scoria- etc.).
Il massimo di forza interiore l’ho avuto nel 1989 quando dopo aver girato in diverse
mansioni, l’azienda cessava l’attivita’ produttiva.
L’esperienza acquisita sul campo mi dava la sicurezza che non avrei avuto problemi a
gestire il personale e che a produrre cioccolatini o pentole non avrebbe fatto nessuna
differenza e cosi’ e stato.
Ho sviluppato buone capacita’ di problem solving, di lavorare in team ,il tpm ed
miglioramento continuo.
Per svolgere l’ attivita ‘ lavorativa ho sempre dato la mia disponibilita’ .
La mia azienda e’ sempre stata quella del mio datore di lavoro.

Introduction
In all my activities' work I have always worked with people and industrial furnaces.
I am instinctively curious that pushes me to look into what 'I turn around the 'cause of
things, the mechanisms that regulate the technology and they are made, pushed to the
limit also remove items even before using them.
The same curiosity 'and' addressed to persons, to understand their behavior, pushed to the
limit to analyze the tone of voice and words to understand their reactions and motivations,
trying to establish relations of respect and trust.
In the working life i have acquired safety dictated the innate need of doing, supported by
knowledge, supported by the pleasure of know-how and ....from the MONEY that makes the
world go round.
A dramatic moment of my life I met him in 1977 when I was in the steel industry and despite
having good knowledge of chemistry, I had a serious battle with the theory and practice.
Using the calculator correctly, the results were always different from those calculated
until I realized what were the variables involved and the problem is 'resolved. (Degree of
oxidation-quantitative' Slag- fluidity 'slag -etc.).
Most of the inner strength I had in 1989 when after turning in several tasks, the company
ceased operation 'production.
The experience gained in the field gave me confidence that I would not have problems
dealing with staff and to produce chocolates or pots would not have made any difference and
so 'and the state.
I have developed good skills' problem-solving, team working, the TPM and continuous
improvement.
