At Bencard I currently lead 5 departments with 30 employees and DACH responsibility. I am part of the Bencard General Management Leadership team and report to the General Manager, the CCO and global Finance Management of Allergy Therapeutics. With the Leadership team we define our business strategy aligned to our company vision and mission. My teams are Accounting, Controlling, IT, Customer Service, Administration and PMO for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

I joined Astra Zeneca Computational Pathology (former Definiens AG), Munich to build the Financial Controlling function and to optimize and automate accounting and business processes. I developed and implemented digital business analytics using BI, cloud and dashboarding solutions to establish management reporting as well as to measure performance and efficiency.. I was part of the strategic business development team responsible for the financial model as part of the business growth plan.
