I'm a very passionate SW engineer who has years of experience in leading teams.
I like to work with, lead, coach and advance other SW engineers.
I'm a strong believer in diverse, multicultural teams.
I think that distributed teams can really work as soon as everybody respects each other.
I prefer working on products to working as a consultant.
I know the full life cycle of SW products by heart.
I spent most of my career in developing SW products in different roles: developer, consultant, coach, trainer, product owner and team lead
I think SW product development is a tradeoff between best SW engineering practises and providing business value to your stakeholders.
SW product development and management is still more like a craft than a science.
