    I had left New York in Oct. 2020 and am in Virginia. I have a small little set up for the methodology, that I and colleagues see as THE WAY to go for the older population. That is isometric or static contraction training with a critical factor, which has been long missing. That factor is reliable, in the moment digital feedback. This eliminates practically ALL of the problems associated with what is typically seen as "weight training" or more like "weight slinging" or "weight throwing".
