Michael Schunk is also an accredited Group Benefits Associate, Retirement Plans Associate, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant. A graduate of Purdue University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Michael Schunk opened Planning Strategies Group (PSG) in 1990, serving as President and owner until PSG merged with Benefit Management Group (BMG) in 2001. Following the merger, Michael Schunk became Area Vice President as well as partner and shareholder of BMG, which in 2007 was acquired by Gallagher Benefit Services, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher Co.
