- Areas of application are general accounting, subsidiary accounting, cash and cash equivalent / refinancing, consolidation accounting and state norms (ETAFI, EDITAX, BAFI / SURFI). - Change management in a “Start up» atmosphere Tasks : - Leading of testing phase (strategy, task planning, team organizing, charge and time estimation, Monitoring scorecard, functional support on the application and on the written testing cases) - Functional support at the start of the new entity (first level training)

- Team reinforcement during the main testing phase and the tool implementation. - Involvement in the improvement through the writing of functional specifications and testing; - Involvement in national and international deployment actions (analyses of the existing temporary tool, user training, writing user guide, change management) - Study on rationalizing the deployment procedures and formalizing them into written procedures. - Hotline and production monitoring : monitoring scorecard on the ongoing files

- Involvement with testing and documentation of testing processes (according to the Test Maturity Model) and short/medium term action plans for User Acceptance Test. - Assistance in the production of some user requirements documentation and test output. - Assistance in the training phase of the new testing team.
