Neno Loje is an independent Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) consultant and Team Foundation Server (TFS) specialist. In this role, he has helped many companies set up a team environment and software development process with Visual Studio (VS) and TFS.
He strives to find simple and light-weight solutions that make teams and developers more productive in order to achieve the ultimate end goal: delivering customer value though software.
Says Neno, "ALM helps teams focus on the important things; VS/TFS is a pragmatic approach to ALM - even for small, non-distributed teams. If you're still not convinced, try it out and judge for yourself."
Besides ALM, Neno has been involved with software development from different perspectives; he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and training courses, holds a couple of Microsoft developer and Scrum certifications, and has been awarded by Microsoft as an MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in the Visual Studio ALM space ever since 2006. Neno lives in Hamburg, Germany.
