Project: Waste elimination and increase of sales for the Regional headquarters Brno 2 Project development: Coaching of 4 regional managers as well as the regional director. The predefined goal was the creation of a new reporting system so that it reflects the new standards according to LEAN methods and tools. Further goals included the increase of the added value of processes thanks to waste elimination and introduction of FMEA as a risk analysis tool

Project: Design and implementation of a new quality management system. Project development: Design of the new Pegas quality system. Creation of the management team (6 persons) and the implementation team (21) that was in charge of the definition of the implementation tools, with 20 tools implemented in total (FMEA, white boards, TPM, RPS, VSM...). Subsequently and under my management, this team implemented all of the 20 tools within the entire manufacturing process.

Project: Design and implementation of the initial inspection and supervision during inventory taking. Project development: Design of a new system for the initial inspection due to the extremely specific and customized character of the company’s production. All orders are made to customer specifications and therefore not standardised. To ensure a high level of quality, standardisation of individual tasks and controls was introduced. At the same time standardized control procedures were defined.

Project: Optimisation of the organization structure and conceptualization of strategic management. Project development: Optimisation of work organisation of the business department based on lean management. Design of a new organization structure, implementation of VSM as a tool for the future development of the company and subsequent reorganization of work tasks based on an audit of human resources.

Project: Trainings for 6S, Kaizen, VSM, PDCA, RPS, SMED, 6Sigma, 8D and other tools Project development: The respective trainings were carried out in several phases. The target group consisted of foremen who will be in charge of the implementation and control of the progress of individual tools.
