Total launched an innovation project to improve its global performance. Within the Logistics and Operations Support entity (LSO), inside the method department, my mission is to provide support various business lines’ projects. Using my transversal management skills and digital knowledge, I’m working on finding concrete, innovative and international solutions to operational issues, considering technical, budget and planning constraints. I have achieved missions in Congo and UAE.

Coordinated projects linked with the roadmap of digital transformation of industrial operations (Industry 4.0) Managed and implemented POC (Proof Of Concept) as part of an extended supply chain traceability, automatic and autonomous geolocation tracking customer returns (Return Material Agreement), cargo tracking and transportation, with early returns ERP software.

Optimization of flight treatment process (flight planning step) Elaboration and Implementation of a new tool which aims at improving flight revenues Support in the training for new Management tool (super key User status) Implementation of a Managerial information and communication tool Studies about flows management Leading workshops with teams about change management

Implementation of a communication campaign on shows exhibitions, promotional activities on sales outlets. Commercial doorstep selling: mailing, phoning, customer relations. Project management : creation of an e-commerce site in partnership with Vannes University, Marketing of American products (SLIME, Genuine Innovations) and development of a partnership with Vélocéa, a market studies for the creation of a new brand in the nautical sector.

Management of the port, customer relations, capacity of analysis, understanding and intervention (being reactive).

Promotion of the event to support the Morbihan application for the Olympic Games 2024 of sailing through Facebook (designing a page, content management) 5509 followers.
