Executive/Operational management

• Consistent record of delivering notable results in the operational output of the structure I was directly in charge of.

• Held company-wide responsibility for the operation's accounting, financial reporting, operational administration and human resources, reporting directly directly to company' Executive Director of Production based in the company's headquarters in London.

Project Management

• Successfully managed several reorganization procedures to meet cost and productivity objectives, in full regulatory compliance with Romanian law.
