I am a psychologist/psychoanalyst who is in private practice specializing in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I am a California licensed psychologist PSY14007 and a licensed marriage and family therapist MFC14374. I am also a pastoral counselor endorsed by my denomination (American Baptist Churches, USA).

I have an interest in the integration of psychoanalytic psychology with Christian theology. I specialize in working with people of faith. I work well with those suffering from anxiety and fears, depression and other mood disorders, relational and marital difficulties, sexual dysfunction, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, and those who are mired in repetitive patterns of destructive behavior.

I have an APA-approved doctorate in clinical psychology and four years post-doctoral training in psychoanalysis. I also have an earned graduate degree in theology. This serves me well in doing depth psychotherapy or psychoanalysis with those who need assistance. I am equipped to hear the subtle and profound communications of my patients that need to be understood before they can experience healing at the deepest levels. I am especially equipped to understand the anxieties that people of faith bring to the psychologist's office. They often fear their beliefs will not be understood nor respected.
