WLT Group globally operating marketing/communication outsourcing services provider with €1.4bn revenues & 10.000 headcount. My role: Key liaison between DPDHL Corporate Center functions, DHL Supply Chain (DSC), WLT, sell-side representative on WLT’s project team, leading all sell-side related finance activities for the sale preparation.

Managing buy-side Financial Due Diligence projects as part of group-wide M&A activities, post-acquisition & integration reviews, internal finance processes audits for inherent weaknesses and internal controls’ sufficiency

Compliance and fraud investigations, SOX testing, IFRS conversion, optimization and acceleration of closing processes (Fast Close), preparation of financial statements

Managing and advising on acquisitions and divestments in Vietnam and South East Asia for strategic, financial and private equity investors targeting acquisitions in a wide range of industries such as consumer goods, textile, manufacturing and industrial products, telecommunications, distribution, education, real estate, shipbuilding and insurance

Buy-side Financial Due Diligence, Investment Planning and Strategy, Vendor Due Diligence, Deal Structuring, Vendor Assistance, SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) advice and IM (information memorandum) preparation in various industries
