About me

I co-own a specialist recruitment consultancy called Kay & Trouw Associates. We specialise in recruiting people from across Europe with experience in the following areas: Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Finance Advisory/Strategy and ERP. We have a truly European presence, representing individuals from every major European geographical market.

I particularly focus on people with experience of Finance Transformation, whether it is developing functional strategy or the technical implementation of the appropriate technology. My clients are global consulting firms, more niche boutique consultancies and major industry corporations.
