About me

Incredible Ladies is the biggest fun and the biggest challenge I ever had in all my life! My name is Rika and I’m running the Incredible Ladies website. However, IL is so much more than a website. Well, I’m working hard, for it to become a lot more.

IL is a project; an enterprise to bring ladies of all ages and cultures together and to help each other to make life a bit easier and most importantly: More fun!

Right now IL consists of said website, which is run as a weekly ‘e-mag’ – no idea if that word exists; an e-magazine – so let us invent it. That is what IL is about. We are missing something? Let’s create it! Something is wrong? Let’s put it right! I believe that with the power and skills of a big colourful bunch of women we can create whatever impact is needed to make the world a better place for us and for others. And I believe we can do that without all the pain and the hassle, but with fun and enthusiasm.

Strategies of living together have changed so much the past few decades. The ages are separated, kids are not benefiting of the wisdom of the grannies and not even from older kids. Thanks to globalisation the cultures seem to grow together, but looking closely there is not a lot of exchange and definitely not a lot of merging.

IL provides a platform to change that in the virtual world via the website, and locally by engaging into charities - doing all sorts of things together, which are announced via the website under Activities/Mischief or via e-mail.
Ipswich Ladies is a colourful, loose group of ladies tied together by a mailing list. Events get announced and if you have the time you can join, if not then you leave it. No commitment or membership.

Ipswich Ladies is engaging in Race for Life, exploring options for new cultural and social activities, and we are aiming for covering the world with at least one lady for each country!

Well, and all my experience and insight which I gain from this rich community I write down and some of it ended up in my book which I'm hoping to publish in the not so far future.

I'm looking forward to meeting like minded people here who would like to publish on my site, or who can help me get my book out there.
