Working is beautiful: I knew people
that were very different for their vision and way of life
but in front of the “raw matter”
they were working together and were communicating. But I was involved also in too much projects where the C.Y.A. method was applied. The projects got bad (fences are expensive!)
the customers weren't satisfied
team members were upset. Only someone (not I) could demonstrate to “have got the balls” and built his career over tombstones. For the few time that still remains to me
my primary goal is to learn
teach and help to make work profitable for customers and delivers
fun and spas of knowledge for knowledge workers. I consider the agile manifesto a good approach and Scrum an easy way to implement it.
