About me

Total 16 years of experience in HR, IR, Admn & HSE, I have worked with the giants like Bajaj, Kirloskar, Ceat, Praj, Mahindra & Suzlon widely Diversified Groups and now in UAE.

Over the period I have learnt many traits and came across with many 'Leaders' and become 'Leader'. Similarly, in the course of my journey,participated in Green field projects, restructuring of HR, IR, Admn & HSE of various Units,Mfg.facilities,wage settlements and now downsizing also. I have enjoyed every moment of my life at Home front and work site....full of energy. Developed relationship and connected with emotions....still I am a 'Learner'..
