Hi everyone! I am a happily married real estate entrepreneur from Denver, CO. My wife Sue and I are blessed with 3 children and 12 beautiful healthy grandchildren, which are the focal point of our lives. I have been very fortunate since very early in my life to find a career which I love - REAL ESTATE! It has been very good to me, and I have retired twice, each time to find that I cannot stay away. I love traveling, music of all genres, strumming my guitar badly, learning new languages, meeting new people of diverse backgrounds, good food and wine, watching movies, particularly foreign and independent films, and of course, being with my family.
I have four companies at the moment, including my favorite, Paris Home Shares LLC. I founded this company in 2006 to couple my love of travel, especially to Paris and France, with real estate. We are the industry leader in the relatively unknown niche of "fractional ownership" in Paris, France. But it is truly exciting to be on the leading edge of something which makes so much sense!
What is fractional ownership? For us, it is the shared ownership of an elegant 2nd home by several individuals, who share the cost of owning the property. Especially in the 2nd home market, it can be prohibitively expensive to own a property outright, and the necessity of having to try to rent it out to cover costs adds untold headaches to what should be a joy. By buying only the amount of ownership and time that one would practically use maximizes cost efficiency while reducing the costs dramatically! We are not a timeshare, even though the timeshare industry is piggybacking onto this concept. To learn more, just take a quick spin over to our website at

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/14/greathomesanddestinations/... I also maintain a full service real estate brokerage company in Denver since 1981 called Hallmark Properties. I also have a loan servicing company (since 1999) which manages residential loan servicing for loans across the United States. My son Bob, oversees both these companies for me.
Finally, I am a licensed real estate attorney with my own practice in Colorado. However, I have not accepted new clients for several years, in order to fully focus on my other business ventures.
I believe in the power of networking; not just for business, but to learn more about the world and the people who comprise it. I am not into "collecting" contacts, but I do sincerely believe that in order for networking to work, it is a matter of numbers. The important thing is to stay connected in a meaningful way. I am also a member of Xing, ecademy and ZoomInfo.
Let's connect and learn more about each other!
