The mission was to monitor purchasing contracts of ventilation and pipes’ equipments for the nuclear Jules Horowitz reactor (JHR ) in Cadarache, in: -Managing the operational monitoring of contracts especially in terms of deadlines, milestones and compliance. -Anticipating and controlling the risks associated to the contracts. -Ensuring the economic profitability of the contracts. - Defending DCNS interests. -Ensuring the administrative management of contracts.

Optimization of the Total Cost of Ownership
CECAB
The mission consisted in the analysis of the raw materials costs. The analysis of the product cost would permit to highlight the interest of purchase products in the incoterm Exwork (EXW). The transport management represented 3 issues: Economic, qualitative (transport control, improve the quality of service, and to obtain more responsiveness) and an optimization by the synchronization with returns flows of the truck’s fleet of the group. --> Recommended gains of 70 K €.
