As a front-end developer in the Business Process Manager design team, I am responsible for establishing user experience on the UI building tooling, as well as for producing prototypes and guidelines for the development engineering teams. I am also a Design Thinking facilitator to help my team and other understand the core of the problems they have to solve.

I was in the development team for Tivoli Service Automation Manager and Cloud Orchestrator, which both which are key private cloud software offerings for IBM, and are integrated in many other cloud offerings like the IBM Cloudburst appliance. I was leading the UI development team, doing diverse tasks from design to QA, and working with other teams for integrating new functionality in the UI.

I worked on the development of z/OS Capacity Provisioning, a product for dynamically provisioning processor capacity on IBM mainframes. This product is part of the IBM operating system z/OS. I wrote and maintained one of the engines of the product, and at a later point moved to UI development for this product and for z/OS Workload Manager.

I was working part-time as a student on the automated test-suite for the product Tivoli System Automation for Multiplatforms. This test suite was written in Perl and was used for driver verification. I was responsible for integrating new features in the core test suite as well as for writing and maintaining test cases.

During this internship I worked on finishing implementing an existing Access Database for managing payments between businesses, as well as training and supporting users in the production environment.
