I am Thomas Tang from China mainland. I am easy-going, open, fair, and positive in my daily life and daily working. I start my career from beginning 2002 as a basic repair man on the production line after graduated from my college. My major is manufacturing and automation. I have more than 9 years working experience on small appliance. Start work as basic technician, assist engineer, engineer, quality engineer, senior engineer, sourcing engineer, now as a project manager. I have a lot of experience on really trouble shooting. Also with very good experience on communication, coordination, coaching capability during my career development in the passed 9 years. I have 6 years working experience with European, US and Asia staff and partner. I am familar with different culture staff. Also with good experience handle different conflict method. I am glad to make new friend from different cultures.
