I am working at http://www.cbsinteractive.com/onesheets/europe/ for CNET.de, Silicon.de and ZDNet.de - the German versions of the US & UK Media with the same name. My main job now is Commerce Solutions = Lead generation with Commerce Engines, some basic SEO/SEM for Editorial Contents, Whitelabels and our partners in the IT Industry & Retail.
 
I plan to work the next 5-15 years on rolling out a fair and efficient IT market place to several countries, integrate those solutions in local media sites and building feedback loops between readers, buyers, manufacturers, telecom operators, retailers, search engines and service companies to make the world a better place by reducing inefficient processes.
 
Don't complain that your margins go away because of "the Internet" if you don't offer other ways of comparison than by price. Show your services, show your flexibility, show your staff and their skills, get local, near to your clients.
 
Give people a real choice. Not only a price comparison.
